Primer emulsion

An auxiliary material that is made as a substructure for installing a waterproofing to improve the quality of insulation and isolation. A water solution is used that evaporates during the operation on the roof of the water and provides a good adhesion to the resilient and flexible layer.

An auxiliary material that is made as a substructure for installing a waterproofing to improve the quality of insulation and isolation.

This material comes from a mixture of bitumen and minerals, and is physically liquid, which can be used as a pure or diluted emulsion paste with water or gas. However, at the onset of the primer, this product Was mixed with gasoline, which is not used because of the risks and damage to the roof of the roof. This solution is used instead of a water solution that is evaporated when run on the roof of the water and a resistant layer Flexible, with good adhesion.

Advantages of Primer Emulsion:

1- No pollution and environmentally friendly

2. Very simple and easy to use

3- Without a fire hazard

4. Good adhesion to different levels of metal, wood, concrete and ...

Dosage

Due to the contamination of the environment and the soil, the area and the surface swelling and fluctuation varies, however, each kilogram of material above the surface covers about 2 to 3 square meters.

How to use
Completely clean the desired surface and then add 10 to 15% water to the emulsion insulator (primer) and stir well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then drain this slurry to the surface or inside the grooves.
